Indian Jewellery Store has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Products have been described with sizes and lengths where appropriate and accurate colour options.
As every item is hand made and there can be slight variations from the displayed image.
Colours and images may vary according to the monitor which they are viewed on.
Indian Jewellery Store accepts most credit and debit cards, including: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta via the on-line purchasing system PayPal. If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.
Indian Jewellery Store reserves the right to decline and refund any order.
UK Mainland Orders:
We have applied flat rate shipping charges for our overseas clients to keep your shopping experience clear and simple. Indian Jewellery Store will not accept responsiblity for overseas orders lost in transit to remote locations (large towns and cities are covered) or delayed by customs checks (which are random and out of the sender's control).
We cannot accept returns on any items or sets containing either earrings or naths due to hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept returns on any customised/sized jewellery. We will happily accept returns on any other items.
You are responsible for returning the item back to us and any associated costs.
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us on the same day of receipt on 0044 (0)7950 33 99 78.
Should you return an item and you received free delivery on the order - you will be refunded the amount paid, less the combined packing and delivery costs incurred by us in sending you the item(s). So delivery to you is then payable by yourself and is not free.
Returned items must be with us within 21 days of purchase. All returned items must be UNWORN and in all the original packaging.

Indian Jewellery Store endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns or refunds are available on pierced earrings, any sets containing pierced earrings, any naths or any sets containing naths. Your statutory rights are not affected.
