2. Products and Pricing

• All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
• We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update prices or product details without prior notice.
• Indian Jewellery Store has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Products have been described with sizes and lengths where appropriate and accurate colour options. As every item is hand made and there can be slight variations from the displayed image. Colours and images may vary according to the monitor which they are viewed on.

3. Orders

• By placing an order, you agree to purchase the items at the listed price and abide by our terms.
• We will send you an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

• Payments can be made via credit/debit cards via the on-line purchasing system PayPal. If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.
• Full payment is required before we dispatch any products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver to addresses within the UK.
• Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the delivery method chosen and your location.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier services.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We cannot accept returns on any items or sets containing either earrings or naths due to hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept returns on any customised/sized jewellery. We will happily accept returns on any other items.
• You are responsible for returning the item back to us and any associated postage costs.
• If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us on the same day of receipt on 07950 33 99 78.
• Should you return an item and you received free delivery on the order - you will be refunded the amount paid, less the combined packing and delivery costs incurred by us in sending you the item(s). So delivery to you is then payable by yourself and is not free.
• You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided the items are unworn  & in their original condition and packaging.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed on any items excluding sets containing earrings/naths. We will refund the purchase price but not the original shipping cost incurred by us, so in the case of free delivery orders delivery cost will be deducted.

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Indian Jewellery Store or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.
