Free Ship on offer/promotional items can be an additional 2 days if we are excessively busy during a sale period.

Delivery General Q & A

Q1: I need my jewellery QUICKLY, is there anything I can do?
A1: Yes. You can purchase express delivery at checkout for a flat fee:
UK - costs £8.98, orders placed before 10:00am on Mon-Fri will arrive the NEXT working day.
Express orders placed on Sat, Sun and UK Public holidays will arrive in 2 working days.
In addition to our express service we have 2 Saturday Delivery services (before 9am and before 1pm), - this service is ideal for office workers who cannot deliver to work or customers who need something for the weekend.
Outside UK- We offer EXPRESS SHIPPING world wide of 3 working days, please select that at check out. This is more expensive (see above for rates) but reliable. Please note that we cannot foresees any customs clearance delay - this is rare but does happen. We advise buying early - it's cheaper & less stressful for you.
If you do select Express International shipping & are worried please email us your order number ON THE DAY AFTER ordering & we will gladly give you your tracking information - express only.
 
Q2: I am worried that my jewellery will not reach me.
A2: We use appropriate postal methods to balance cost & security. Low value items will be sent using royal mail. Any high value items and all bridal sets are sent using reliable & secure methods with tracking (by us) facility. We are highly experienced in getting jewellery to you & ensuring that it is in the same condition in which it left us.
If you know that you experience a high incidence of postal theft/loss in your area please report this to us BEFORE BUYING so that we can adjust your postal method.
 
Q3: Is postage payable on returns?
A3: Yes. We can only cover the postage cost on final purchases. If you decide to return your goods you will be liable for the cost of our postage to you, as well as being responsible for sending the unwanted, unworn goods back to us. If you would like to see before you buy we recommend requesting a swatch for which there is a nominal charge (usually £5, but this can be more if you wish to have a more substantial swatch. Contact us to enquire about swatches.
For health and hygiene reasons, no returns or refunds are available on pierced earrings, any sets containing pierced earrings, any naths or any sets containing naths (full Terms & Conditions).
 
Q4: My goods have not arrived, what next?
A4: UK - Have you waited 7 working days (11 days approx.)? If yes and you still have not received your jewellery please contact us via E-mail immediately to report this. We will only then track your parcel. We cannot track parcels before 7 working days have elapsed.
Outside UK- We offer 3 overseas delivery time options, you will receive your jewellery in accordance with your selection. We are never late due to our own actions but there are obviously situations out of our control. In the highly unlikely event that you have waited the appropriate number of working days & you still do not have your jewellery, please contact us immediately - but kindly ensure that you have waited your selected delivery time before contacting us. We will surely investigate your order that same day.

A6: We only use our selected couriers & charge the actual price incurred to us OR LESS!
We operate this policy as we only use RELIABLE trackable (by us & on express & standard only) courier services.
We recommend overseas clients to order several items in the same order to get best value from the flat shipping charge.
