Indian Jewellery Store has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Products have been described with sizes and lengths where appropriate and accurate colour options.
As every item is hand made there can be slight variations from the displayed image.
Colours and images may vary slightly according to the monitor that they are viewed on.
Indian Jewellery Store accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta via the on-line purchasing system PayPal. If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.
Indian Jewellery Store reserves the right to decline & refund any order.
Delivery charges
UK Mainland Orders:
Free for all order values, free delivery will take 4-7 working days.
Overseas:
We have applied flat rate shipping charges based upon our typical overseas order of upto 1kg to keep the postage charge clear for our clients. If your packed order weighs more than 1kg additional postage will be payable after the order process is complete. We will always contat you before dispatch if additional postage costs apply. If you do not wish to pay any additional charges, we are happy to cancel your order before dispatch upo your request. Overseas orders are placed at the customers risk. Indian Jewellery Store will not accept responsiblity for overseas orders lost in transit. Overseas orders will take an additional 7 working days to arrive in addition to the UK free delivery policy. If you are in a hurry please e-mail us before ordering & we will calculate the postage charge for ovrseas express shippping.
General:
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us on the same day of receipt on 0044 (0)7950 33 99 78
Should you return an item and you recieved free delivery on the order, you are responsible for returning the item back to us and any associated costs. You will be refunded the amount paid, less the combined packing & delivery costs incurred by us in send you the item(s), so delivery to you is then payable by yourself & not free.

Indian Jewellery Store endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns or refunds are available on pierced earrings, any sets containing pierced earrings or any naths. Your statutory rights are not affected.
