A: Yes. You can purchase express delivery at checkout for a flat fee of £7.
Orders placed before 10:00am on Mon-Fri will arrive the NEXT working day*.

 

Orders placed on Sat, Sun and UK Public holidays will arrive in 2 working days* time.

 

Q: I am worried that my jewellery will not reach me.
A: We use appropriate postal methods to balance cost & security. Low value items will be sent using royal mail. Any high value items and all bridal sets are sent using a reliable & secure methods with tracking facility. We are highly experienced in getting jewellery to you & in the condition in which it left us.
If you know that you experience a high incidence of postal theft in your area please report this to us BEFORE BUYING so that we can adjust our postal method.

 

Q: My goods have not arrived, what next (UK delivery)?
A: Have you waited 7 working days (11 days apox)? If yes and you still have not received your jewellery please contact us via e-mail to report this. We will only then track your parcel. We cannot track parcels before 7 working days have elapsed.

 

Q: Is postage payable on returns?

A: Yes. We can only afford to cover the postage cost on final purchases. If you decide to return your goods you will be liable for the cost of our postage to you, as well as being responsible for sending the unwanted, unworn goods back to us. If you would like to see before you buy we recommend booking a consultation or requesting a swatch for which there is a nominal charge (usually £5, but this can be more if you wish to have a more substantial swatch. Contact us to enquire about swatches.

 

Q: I live outside of UK, when will i get my jewellery?
A: Overseas delivery is 7 UK working days additional to UK shipping.

Due to the huge number of possible postal prices for our international clients we cannot automate international postage fairly to you or us (as it varies with the weight of your item, country, town & how quickly you want your jewellery). We have incorporated the above flat rate overseas postal charges which are applicable to all overseas orders upto 1kg in weight (This varies by item but an example is 1 full bridal set or 5 party sets, weights vary by item but this is a rough guide for you).

 

We opperate this policy as we only used RELIABLE trackable (by us) courrier sevices.

 

We recommend overseas clients to place an order of 1kg weight to make the most of the shipping charge. If you only want one set, maybe combine you order with friends/family to make postage cheapest for you? Otherwise, if you have a friend/relative in UK, we are happy to ship to them for free, then they can forward your jewellery to you as you wish. Sadly, we will not use any other courrier service because of the high incedence of overseas postal theft, thus we only use our own courrier who offeres very competative rates for upto 1 kg flat rate.

If the weight of your order exceeds 1kg we will e-mail you the difference in cost & will either:

• ask for the balance to be paid; or
• inform you what items total 1kg in weight, thus postage is already paid for on those.
• offer you the chance of a refund, before dispatch, if you feel any additional postage is out of your budget.
